39890678 is a high-efficiency air/oil separator filter element specially designed for industrial screw air compressors. As a core maintenance component in the after-treatment system of air compressors, it is mainly responsible for coalescing and separating micron-sized lubricating oil mist mixed in compressed air, so as to continuously deliver clean, oil-free and high-quality compressed air to the production line.

• Core Function: Adopting physical coagulation technology, it aggregates suspended oil mist of 0.1~1.0 microns in the air into large oil droplets for recovery, strictly keeping the oil content in exhaust gas below 3ppm (trace amount).
• Main Effect: While preventing downstream production equipment and pipelines from oil contamination, it greatly reduces the consumption of lubricating oil for air compressors and cuts operating costs.
• Applicable Equipment: Widely used in the regular daily service and maintenance of medium and large stationary industrial screw air compressors .

• Multi-layer high-efficiency composite filter media: Imported ultra-fine glass fiber is adopted inside, featuring high porosity, large dirt holding capacity and excellent separation efficiency.
• High-strength pressure-resistant frame: High-strength thick perforated steel mesh is used as the inner and outer support structure, which resists deformation and shedding under harsh working conditions of high pressure and high flow rate of air compressors.
• Safe anti-static design: The filter element flange is equipped with a special conductive grounding strip, which can timely discharge static electricity generated by friction of high-speed airflow and completely eliminate safety hazards caused by static sparks inside the machine.
• Long service life: Under standard working conditions and standardized maintenance, the effective service life of the filter element reaches 3000 ~ 4000 hours, showing extremely high durability.

Standard replacement interval: The designed service life of the filter element is generally 3000 ~ 4000 hours. Upon reaching this operating hour count, mandatory replacement is required even if there are no obvious abnormalities in appearance. • Replacement via differential pressure monitoring: When the oil separator differential pressure (DP) shown on the control panel reaches 0.1 MPa (1.0 bar), it indicates the filter element is severely clogged. Shut down the machine immediately for replacement; otherwise, the filter element may collapse or the motor may be overloaded. • Time limit: If the air compressor runs infrequently, replacement is recommended at least once every 1 to 2 years to prevent the filter media from aging and deteriorating due to long-term oil immersion.
