Daily (per shift) inspection: Observe the oil separator pressure difference (ΔP) on the air compressor control panel. • Every 500 hours: Check the sight glass on the oil return pipe to verify if lubricating oil flows back to the airend normally. • Every 2500–3000 hours: The filter element must be forcibly replaced with a new one once it reaches the standard design service life. • Immediate replacement trigger condition: Even if the operating time is less than 3000 hours, shut down the machine immediately for replacement when the oil separator pressure difference reaches 0.08–0.1 MPa (or 1 bar) and an alarm is triggered on the control panel.
