39712070 is an extremely critical oil-gas separator filter element for Ingersoll Rand oil-injected screw air compressors.

1.Coalescing Separation: Using the physical principle of coalescing, mist-like oil droplets in the air stream are captured and merged, then settle to the bottom of the filter element under gravity, and finally drained back into the system for recycling via the oil return pipe.
2.Protection of Downstream Equipment: It greatly reduces the oil carryover in exhaust gas and effectively extends the service life of downstream precision filters, adsorption/refrigerated dryers and pneumatic terminal equipment.
3.Energy Efficiency Improvement: It maintains an extremely low initial pressure difference, preventing the false rise of air compressor exhaust pressure caused by filter element clogging, thereby cutting energy consumption.

The actual service life is significantly affected by the air intake environment (dust, humidity, air pollution) and the quality of the air compressor lubricating oil. 2.Replacement signals: ◦ Obvious oil smell starts to appear in the air at the exhaust port, or the oil consumption of the system increases abnormally. ◦ The pressure drop across the filter element reaches the alarm value (usually around 0.8 to 1.0 bar). 3.Synchronization maintenance recommendation: When replacing the oil-gas separation element each time, it is strongly recommended to replace the air filter element and oil filter element synchronously, and completely replace the lubricating oil of the air compressor to ensure the cleanliness of the entire air system.
