ZS1093258 is a high-efficiency built-in air-oil separator designed specifically for industrial large screw air compressors. As an authentic aftermarket core maintenance part of CompAir, it adopts advanced coalescing filtration technology. It is engineered to deliver compressed air of extremely high purity for industrial gas sources, while minimizing lubricating oil loss and protecting the downstream system of the equipment.
Working Principle: Coalescence Separation Technology (Coalescence Principle)
During the operation of the screw air compressor, lubricating oil is used for sealing, lubricating and cooling the rotors, which results in a large number of suspended mist-like oil droplets in the discharged compressed air.
Interception and Coalescence: As the mixed gas passes through the ultra-fine glass fiber layer of ZS1093258, tiny oil mist droplets are intercepted by the filter medium and gradually coalesce into large oil droplets.
Oil Return Circulation: Under the effect of gravity, the coalesced large oil droplets settle to the bottom of the separation element and are drawn back to the main circulation system of the compressor head through the oil return pipe of the air compressor under differential pressure for recycling.
