This part is mainly used in industrial screw air compressors and specific drilling rig equipment (such as the Epiroc Roc L6H surface drill rig). Its core function is to efficiently separate lubricating oil from compressed air, so as to ensure downstream air quality and reduce lubricating oil consumption and carry-over loss.

• Deep-bed Polymerization Technology: High-grade borosilicate micro glass fiber is adopted internally. It features high porosity and large dirt-holding capacity, enabling high-efficiency oil-gas coalescence at an extremely low initial pressure differential.
• Bidirectional Anti-static Safety Design: Static electricity is easily generated by high-speed friction of oil and gas. Model 2911001901 is equipped with dedicated metal conductive strips on flange gaskets and metal end caps. It safely conducts internal static electricity to the vehicle ground wire, completely eliminating the risk of oil-gas tank deflagration caused by static sparks.
• Robust Pressure-resistant Framework: The inner and outer frameworks are made of thickened perforated carbon steel with a high-strength anti-corrosion coating. They can withstand an abnormal extreme pressure differential of up to 5 bar without deformation or breakdown.
• Original Integrated Kit: In addition to the filter element itself, the package comes directly with original high-temperature and high-pressure resistant 16-hole sealed graphite gaskets. No extra parts ordering is required for users, and standardized safe installation can be completed right after unpacking.
