Under severe working conditions (such as high temperature, high dust, and continuous heavy load), the replacement shall be advanced to 2000 hours. • Pressure drop warning replacement: When the pressure difference (DP) before and after the oil separator core shown on the air compressor panel reaches 0.08 ~ 0.1 MPa (0.8 ~ 1.0 bar), shut down the machine immediately for replacement. Do not use it beyond the service life to extend its lifespan; otherwise, it will cause a sharp rise in power consumption or even breakdown of the filter
